미래교육리더십
- 4차 산업혁명시대에 필요한 것은 무엇인가? 많은 사람이 이런 질문을 하고 있는 가운데 이에 대한 구체적인 답을 하는 사람이나 조직은 드물다. 웨신대 미래교육리더십 전공은 이에 대한 명쾌한 답을 내놓으며 미래교육을 진행하고 있다. 웨신대 미래교육리더십은 큰 그림을 그리고 9번째 지능을 갖고 서번트 리더십을 실행하는 교육을 주창한다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명 시대의 해답이라는 BPSS 철학을 바탕으로 연구하고 연구한 내용을 마이크로칼리지라는 교육의 현장에 적용하고 있다. BPSS 철학은 미래교육리더십의 핵심어다. 이는 Big Picture, Spiritual Intelligence, Servant Leadership의 약자이다. BPSS 철학을 실현하기 위해 미래교육리더십은 미래저널에 집중한다. 박사생들은 미래저널이라는 저널링을 통해 삶을 깊고 넓게 통찰한다. 특별히 박사생들은 미래교육리더십의 핵심 철학을 중심으로 박사 논문을 쓰게 된다.
