1) Application Form: Download and fill out the application form. Be sure not to leave any blanks. Major needs to be specified clearly.
|
※ Note: Recent photo MUST be attached on the first page of the application form.

2) Self-introduction: Refer to the application form
|
3) Recommendation Letter: of the Professor, Teacher, Pastor, etc.
|
4) Transcript (notarized) & Graduation Certificate (notarized): Transcripts and graduate certificate must be one of the followings:
|
a. Notarized by Apostille
|
b. Notarized by Korean consulate of the corresponding country in which applicant's school is located or notarized by the consulate of corresponding country in Korea
|
5) Certificates of transcript, registration, graduate of the university in Korea: Applicants who graduated the University in Korea
|
6) Certificate of Language Proficiency Test: TOPIK (Korean track) / English Proficiency Test (English track)
|
7) Bank Balance Certificate:
|
a. Applicants in abroad: Account should be in the applicant’s own name or parents’ names with more than $20,000 of bank balance.
|
b. Applicants in Korea: Account should be in the applicant’s own name with more than US $20,000 or 20,000,000 won of bank balance. Account needs to be the one of the bank in Korea.
|
c. Bank Balance Certificate must be issued within one month from the date of submission.
|
8) Bank Statement: It must show more than 12 months of transaction
|
9) Certificate of Family Relationship: In case bank account is in the name of the family member
|
10) Passport Copy: Copy of the Personal Information and Visa Section
|
11) Copy of Alien Registration Card: This is for the applicants who live in Korea only / Front & Back
|
